Campus Recruitment Training from aimkaam is highly result oriented!
10 students out of 36 students of Sri Sathya Sai Study Circle are recruited TCS And Also, 2 students among the remaining 26 are selected by ACCENTURE
Group discussion is elimination round; not elevation round!
Sri Sathya Sai Study Circle organized monthly program in Campus Recruitment Training and the topic of the week is ‘Group Discussion’. Students participated were divided into two groups and they have practiced group discussion which is the basis of all Campus Recruitment drives. Students from Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women, CMR Engineering College, MVSR Engineering College participated in the group discussions and enjoyed the session. Students got the salient features of GD and understood the points about how to initiate, participate and conclude the group discussions. Mr.Phani revealed the secret of group discussions to the students and made them feel the key points by creating the environment of group discussion with related topics like ‘Participation of Youth in Politics’ and ‘Higher Education in India is not up to the mark’. And followed by a “Mock Test” for developing the aptitude skills with in the individuals which was the main criteria for all the Campus Recruitment Programs.
Mr.P.V.Sastry, Convener, Koti Seva Samiti facilitated the program.The next program will be conducted on 14th August Sunday at 10 AM.

These programs with in a short period of time left a great impact in imparting knowledge into the students and show a great progress in the success graph.
1.The Campus selection drive was conducted in their respective colleges on 24th -26th August 2011 by Tata Consultancy Services
2. 2nd -3rd September 2011 by Accenture.
So far ,488 students have appeared for the written test out of which 108 students are finally recruited by Tata Consultancy and among them 10 students out of 36 students of Sri Sathya Sai Study Circle are recruited. And Also, 2 students among the remaining 26 are selected by Accenture.
We hope and pray to Swamy that all the other students will be recruited in the forth coming Campus Recruitment drives by MNC’s like Mahindra Satyam who will be conducting the drive on 15th Sept,2011, HCL etc.
